Window Screens

Do your screens need to be re-screened? Maybe the dog or cat tore them up, or maybe the sun has faded and messed them up over time. Rawlins Glass Center is sure to have a solution for you.

Fiberglass Screens

Fiberglass Screen is the standard screen used in most applications. It is fade resistant, rust proof and dent proof. It withstands all climates including salt air and intense sun exposure. Found on the majority of screens in new windows, fiberglass screen is strong, long lasting and has some flex to it, so it does not bend like aluminum material does when something bumps into it, so you know you are getting a quality product.Β  Fiberglass comes in two colors: charcoal (which is for the most part black) and gray.

Aluminum Screens

Aluminum screening is a strong and durable idea for all your screen replacement needs. With a protective finish that prevents corrosion and rust, this style of screening will add curb appeal and value to any home. Strong and durable screening, rust resistant and will not sag, a protective finish prevents corrosion and strengthens the pattern. This classic look is preferred for restoration projects! Fiberglass comes in three colors: charcoal (which is for the most part black), gray, silver.

Pet Screen

Pet screen is made of vinyl-coated polyester, which is 7 times heavier than the traditional fiberglass and aluminum wire screen. Pet Screen is resistant to tears and damage caused by household pets as the plastic coating over the polyester prevents the polyester from tearing. Customers with pets will be sure to appreciate the additional protection that the vinyl-coated pet screen provides them. Most customers find the additional cost of pet screen offsets the pain of constantly replacing screens. Pet screen comes in one color, black.
